FairlyCart is a small team running a Melbourne pilot, so you'll reach a real person — usually within a few hours. For a wrong or missing item, an order question, or anything else, use whichever of these is easiest.

Already placed an order? Include your order number from the confirmation email or SMS so we can look it up faster. You can also read common questions on our Help page.
