Promotions & coupon terms

These terms apply to any discount code or promotional offer on FairlyCart, in addition to our Terms of Service. Specific conditions for the current codes are below; general conditions apply to all promotions unless we say otherwise.

FIRSTORDER

• 5% off your order subtotal, up to a maximum discount of $10.
• Intended for a customer's first order on FairlyCart. We may cancel or adjust a discount applied outside this intent, including repeat use by the same customer or household.
• Applies to the eligible product subtotal only — it does not reduce service fees or delivery fees.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional code unless we say otherwise.
• Runs while advertised on our homepage and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice.

General conditions

• One promotional code per order, unless a specific offer says otherwise.
• Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused portion is forfeited.
• If an order using a promotional code is fully or partially refunded, the refund reflects the amount actually paid after the discount — we don't refund the discounted portion.
• We may limit, refuse, or cancel a promotion (and any order or discount arising from it) where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, use of multiple accounts, automated/bulk redemption, or other misuse.
• Promotions are only valid for the period stated when advertised, or until withdrawn — an expired or withdrawn code will be rejected at checkout.
• Nothing in this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
