Help
Answers to the questions we hear most during the FairlyCart pilot. Can't find what you need? Contact us directly.
How do I track my order?
After checkout you'll get a confirmation email and SMS with a link to your order status page — no account needed. Save that link to check progress or contact us about the order.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
At checkout you choose what happens if something's unavailable: swap for a similar item, have the store contact you first, or get that item refunded automatically.
How does delivery work?
Each store delivers within its own radius or postcode list, shown on its storefront. Pick a delivery window at checkout, or choose Click & Collect to pick up in-store for free.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — each store sets its own minimum order value, shown on its storefront and in your cart. Orders below the minimum can't proceed to checkout.
What's the service fee?
FairlyCart charges 2.5% of your basket subtotal, with a minimum of $0.99 and a maximum of $2.99 per order. It's itemised in your cart before you pay — never a surprise at the last step.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter it in the promo code field on your cart or checkout page and select Apply. Eligible codes, like a first-order discount, are deducted from your total before payment.
Something's wrong with my order — what do I do?
Reach us on the Contact page with your order number. We'll follow up with the store directly to sort out a missing, wrong, or damaged item.
Can I sell on FairlyCart if I run a grocery store?
Yes — visit our partner page to tell us about your store and start the conversation.
