Accessibility Statement
Last updated 23 August 2026
We want FairlyCart to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disability. We're working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as FairlyCart continues to grow out of pilot.
What we've done
- Structured headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate the site.
- Minimum touch-target sizing on interactive elements for easier use on mobile.
- Colour choices intended to provide reasonable contrast for readability.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms and checkout.
Known limitations
As an early-stage pilot, some parts of FairlyCart may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA — for example, some third-party embeds (such as address autocomplete or payment fields) are controlled by our providers rather than us directly. We're actively working through these as we build out the product.
Feedback
If you experience a barrier using FairlyCart, or have suggestions on how we can improve accessibility, please tell us via the Contact page — we treat this feedback as a priority and will do our best to respond promptly and address genuine barriers.
